Following a competitive tendering process, Evans Maintenance Services was rewarded with an air handling unit maintenance contract win with the re-appointment by Conwy County Borough Council to provide maintenance for their air handling units and chiller plant installations throughout the county.

Evans Maintenance will deliver the servicing, maintenance and repairs underpinned by 24 hour support to attend to any emergencies.

Having held the contract for the previous term (2012-2016) Evans Maintenance were well placed to put together a tender package which demonstrated ability to meet SLA response times and to provide the very best technical engineers to complete repairs on time and for the best value.

The contract was awarded on several key points with each being submission being scored over several categories.

The tender submission scored strongly and gained the highest rating in the following 3 categories.

• Technical Ability
• Resources
