Evans Maintenance Services Appointed Boiler Servicing and Repair Contractor for Flintshire Council’s Public Buildings

Evans Maintenance Services has been appointed by Flintshire County Council to carry out the commercial gas servicing and safety inspections at more than 230 public buildings throughout Flintshire including primary schools, high schools, youth clubs and residential accommodation for their corporate department.

The contract has been awarded for the next four years until 2023. Evans Maintenance was awarded the contract in a competitive tender with the tough submission process which include the ‘high gate’ which accompanies government contracts. The required submission covered all aspects of health and safety, technical ability and company financial performance.

Forming a close partnership with Flintshire Council providing a fast response and support when they need us by delivering the best technically trained engineers in this area. The contracts were formally exchanged and completed this week. We were also particularly impressed with the wax stamp which come with such contracts!
