Evans Maintenance Services has been appointed by Flintshire County Council to provide the commercial gas maintenance and safety inspections at 230 properties throughout Flintshire County.

This will include all commercial properties within Flintshire Councils property portfolio:-

• Primary Schools
• High Schools
• Leisure Centres
• Community Centres
• Youth Clubs
• County Offices
• Libraries
• Day Centres
• Commercially Let Properties

The contracts has been awarded for the next 3 years, with the possibility of further extensions. Evans Maintenance was awarded the contract in line with European Directives Tender and evaluation which has been awarded on technical ability and best value.

This opportunity has enabled us to employ more local staff and to further grow the business.
